Regional Event Operations Manager – APAC
An adept, future-ready and solutions-driven senior executive with over 18 years of professional experience and superb track record of technical direction, production & integration expertise across a diverse range of entertainment and events facilities within world-class theme parks & establishments in APAC and the Middle East, Mohan is a tireless ‘agent of change’, and well-regarded for his excellent track record of conceptualising, planning and implementing marquee events including concerts and international conferences.
With a diverse experience spanning from theme park entertainment in Universal Studios & Dubai Parks and Resorts to prominent events, shoots and lives in Facebook, Mohan has played an instrumental role in implementing game changing technology within event spaces and themed environments, elevating experiences within the region and beyond.
Manager Marketing & Events
Philip Pang is the Manager of Marketing & Events at PCMA. Based in Singapore, he communicates the value of PCMA’s offerings to the business events industry to engage members and the industry audience within Asia Pacific. With a keen interest in event design, he seeks to elevate the learning experience for business event professionals by drawing ideas from outside the industry and incorporating elements of experimentation and peer learning.
Prior to PCMA, Philip had stints in the marketing and hospitality fields working with John Paul, Red Bull and Capella Hotels. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration.
Borneo International Exhibition Sdn Bhd
With vast experience in sales, marketing, events planning and active involvement in tourism, Fiona has been leading the team, namely Borneo International Exhibition Sdn Bhd (BIEx) since 2013, offering services such as Project Coordination & Event Management, Concept Development Programmes, Public Relations, Press Conferences, Government Protocol Programmes as well as NGO Charity programmes.
Fiona is also the current President of Sarawak Association of Tourism Attraction, Vice President of Sarawak Tourism Federation and also the Head of Joint Tourism Development Cluster (JTD) – BEMBC Sarawak. With this, she has established many long term relationships with key service providers in the region.

From a legal background and a Law Degree from Durham University, England, Calum joined the tech world in 2012 with one of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups, Huddle. Here he played a key part of their expansion into the US Market in sales and business development. 2016 began his Eventbrite journey, with 3 successful years in the UK before moving to Singapore in April as part of our international expansion team to establish Eventbrite’s presence in Singapore & Southeast Asia and to accelerate revenue performance in the market. Amongst his career achievements, Calum is also a published Author (here) and world record holding Outdoor Swimmer (here).
APAC Event Manager
Danica is a strategic marketer with years of experience in delivering great result-oriented campaigns in multinational companies in the APAC region within QSR, events, print and digital media industries. Served in consultancy and in-house positions where focus has been marketing strategy development, brand marketing, enterprise and vertical segment marketing and building specialist marketing communities through events and business conferences. Currently, she is the APAC Event Manager at EventBank, a global organization that build, manage and transform communities with an all-in-one engagement management software. She was previously connected to Key Media a global boutique media company as APAC Marketing Manager. She has a master’s degree in marketing from De La Salle University in Manila.

Zen is the Head of Events at Hogarth Worldwide. Spending more than a decade of her career in the events industry, working on a variety of large-scale conferences, trade shows, lifestyle events, and product launches. Bearing extensive knowledge in the planning and execution of integrated events, as well as a robust technical background involving multi-media integration.

Irene started in the MICE industry 22 years ago when she was fresh out of Polytechnic.
From having only textbook knowledge when she first entered the industry to being an experienced and hands-on Project Director now, Irene attributed her achievement to her passion and her ever learning attitude.
Over the years, Irene had planned and managed over hundreds of local to international events, ranging from small groups of 20 to 30 persons to as huge as 4000 people. Throughout the years, Irene had also made friends and establish long standing relationships with her clients and partners.

Singapore Sports Hub
An Event and Venue Management professional with international experience including Olympic and Paralympic Games, Asian Games and major venues in Australia, he currently leads the 60+ members of the Venue & Events team of the Singapore Sports Hub - including the Singapore National Stadium. Having been a founding member of the Sportshub since construction, Mitch has been directly involved in the delivery of the some of Singapore's most significant recent events such as the 2015 SEA Games, 2016 National Day Parade, International Champions Cup, WTA Finals and Singapore Rugby 7's.

Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Festival and Events Management and has since been in the events industry for 6 years. He specializes in B2B events and is very driven in ensuring that every event has it's own unique touch and experience. He also gives talk to aspiring students who want to be in the industry. Benjamin is currently living in Singapore and fun fact: He happens to be a Certified Wedding Planner.

I am a very experienced theatre art person who is graduated in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Bachelors (Hon) of Fine Arts in Theatre Lighting Design. I have been working in the theatre performing arts in many different roles for more than 10 years. During my early theatre life, I have been working on touring show in Asia, mainly China, Singapore, Taiwan. After that, I was hired as a Show Lead of Special Effects in the most spectacular water show in Macau – The House of Dancing water.

Sanchit has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics. He has successfully enabled leading brands to adopt new digital technologies and analytic tools to achieve their marketing and business objectives. Sanchit specialises in crafting omni-channel marketing strategies for companies to boost customer acquisition and provide a seamless customer journey. He is a certified Google Partner Academy Trainer and he trains executives on Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360. He has advised and trained more than 5,000 executives across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
He is currently a Senior Partner at Happy Marketer, A Merkle Company - one of the leading digital marketing consulting firms in Southeast Asia. He is also a visiting faculty at the Singapore Management University and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Elin Tan is the Director of Corporate Events at Everise. She is a result-orientated professional with a successful record of accomplishments in business, project and team management. Her key achievements include managing conferences, with thousands of delegates, successfully with tier 1 sponsors, key stakeholders and C-suite delegates internationally achieving over 40% organic growth in revenue. Previously, she was the Event Director at Clarion Events Singapore, where she was responsible for organising and setting the vision and direction of profitable events in the healthcare portfolio she managed. Besides work. She loves to travel and play beach volleyball.

Robert Rogers is a Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP), one of only 250 worldwide and one of two in Asia. Robert is an experience creator who provides and purveys event related products and services for all manner of events. He specializes in experiential event marketing, corporate hospitality and private celebrations. Robert is a thought leader in the Asian event industry. He works tirelessly pushing the limits of the event industry in Asia through his various affiliations in the event industry. He lectures, teaches and organizes event related educational activity. He was the founding president of ILEA (International Live Event Association) Hong Kong and continues to support the event community. "My strong point is to be able interpret the vision of all the stakeholders and bring the event to reality; On brief, on budget and on time.
In just over five years, Guillaume has nurtured Chab Events from a humble two-man team working off a sofa to a thriving SME with over 50 employees worldwide.
As the Co-founder of Chab Events, Guillaume has perfected the art of planning and managing events. The logistics planning maverick has worked with clients both in Asia and Europe and through these opportunities he has learnt to push the boundaries within the events industry with much success.
Over the last decade, he has expanded the business from its headquarters in Singapore. Today, he has counts Paris, Bali and Siem Reap as Chab Events International arms, with plans to add more locations in the near future.

Lexine is the Founder and Owner of Nelity Events, a business established and based in Singapore. Her interest in events planning began from an early age as she enjoyed planning (parties and gatherings) for her family and friends. Whilst working in an F&B industry organizing company events and retreats, her passion for co-ordinating and planning events led her to start-up her own events business.
She currently works full time at Johnson & Johnsons Pte Ltd as a Regional Medical Education Coordinator and is also completing her double bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Events and International Business with Murdoch University.
With her fervent dedication for events coordinating, Lexine aims to ensure each of her events are successful and very much to the satisfaction of her clients.

Veemal is also active at the events industry level. He is the VP of Digital & Innovation at SACEOS, the Business Events Industry Association of Singapore.
Veemal is also an investor and advisor for several innovative startups. He advises on product development & growth at Synchestra, a revolutionary InsurTech platform. He is also acts as strategic tech advisor for Severalnines, today a global leading database management company headquartered in Sweden that was founded by ex-employees of MySQL & Oracle.
